Ingredients:
    SALAD MIX

  • 1 cup shredded Chinese cabbage
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup mung bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup trimmed snow peas
  • 1/4 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 1/4 cup sliced celery
    DRESSING

  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Nama Shnyu
  • 2 tablespoons filtered water
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
Assembly:

Combine all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl, and toss gently. Place the dressing ingredients in a blender, and process until well combined. Pour the dressing over the salad ingredients, and toss until evenly distributed.
