Smoothie Recipe Times Three

Green Lime Smoothie

•    1-1/2 cup vanilla almond milk or coconut or flax milk

•    1 ripe avocado pitted and removed from its skin

•    1 or 2 fresh lime(s) juiced

•    1 scoop Macro Greens

•    1 dropper Stevia Liquid Concentrate

•    1 cup spring or filtered water

I drink this room temperature, but if you prefer you may add 4 to 6 ice cubes.

Place all ingredients in a blender and process on high until creamy. You may add more or less water to achieve desired consistency. This is also a great way to "hide" other whole food supplements, some suggestions are listed below.

Low Sugar Fruit Smoothie

•    1 cup frozen fruit of choice - choose from pineapple, blue berries, strawberries, mango, etc.

•    1 scoop Miracle Reds

•    1 dropper Stevia Liquid Concentrate

•    1 cup spring or filtered water

I drink this room temperature, but if you prefer you may add 4 to 6 ice cubes.

Place all ingredients in a blender and process on high until creamy. You may add more or less water to achieve desired consistency. This is also a great way to "hide" other whole food supplements, some suggestions are listed below.

Hot or Cold Chocolate drink

•    1-1/2 cup vanilla almond milk or coconut or flax milk

•    1 heaping tablespoon of plain organic trade free chocolate powder or 1 level tablespoon of organic carob powder.

•    2 droppers Stevia Liquid Concentrate

•    Optional - few drops peppermint extract

•    1 cup spring or filtered water for cold only

I drink this hot or cold. For hot place all ingredients in a small sauce pan (omit water). Blend with a whisk and heat until liquid begins to steam, do not boil.

Add 4 to 6 ice cubes and follow blender directions for cold. Place all ingredients in a blender and process on high until creamy. You may add more or less water to achieve desired consistency.

Note: Smoothies are a great way to "hide" other whole food supplements such as: food grade diatomaceous earth, psyllium husk, hempseeds, flaxseeds, coconut oil, or bentonite clay. Use your imagination.
