Mark M. Braunstein is an American writer, nature photographer, and art librarian. He has thrived on a vegan diet enriched with homegrown microgreens and sprouts since 1977. His articles about growing microgreens and sprouts have appeared in Natural Health, Vegetarian Times, Healing Our World and other publications.
Mark became a paraplegic in 1990 following a diving accident. Since then he has been an advocate of medical marijuana legislation. A resident of Quaker Hill, Connecticut, Mark has compiled a regional guide to vegetarian and vegan restaurants that covers most areas of Connecticut.
